




Position Summary: We are seeking a Controller to execute and support the Service Management in administrative, financial, and accounting tasks—both operational and commercial—to achieve growth and profitability objectives. With a strong market presence, the company covers the **entire southeastern region of the Mexican Republic**, currently operating **16 strategically located branches** to deliver comprehensive, efficient, and high-quality service to its customers. ***We Are Hiring*** **Position:** Controller **Position Objective:** To execute and support the Service Management in correctly carrying out administrative, financial, and accounting tasks—both internally within operations and externally in the department’s commercial activities; to provide administrative support and collaborate with the Workshop Manager/Service Manager and the entire department to achieve established growth and profitability objectives. **Responsibilities:** * Enter data related to departmental activities (hours worked, overtime, rework hours, etc.) * Open work orders * Prepare parts and materials requisitions * Close work orders and invoice repairs upon customer approval * Route and track customer complaints and claims related to workshop repairs * Prepare warranty claims and route them to the Warranty Department for submission * Conduct monthly machinery inventory * Manage and monitor Product Improvement Programs * Process accident reports to John Deere * Identify improvements and needs; participate in initiatives to improve work processes * Administer the payroll register of occupational safety and risk prevention regulations * Register delivery of new machines in the John Deere Warranty System and * Manage relevant documentation (Delivery Record and Warranty Policy, triplicate copies) * Keep the customer database updated in the system * Manage internal and factory announcements * Maintain records of usage and maintenance of resources: facilities, tools, vehicles * Track collection and delivery manifests for hazardous products to companies certified by the local environmental and ecological authority; archive and control all related documentation. **Requirements:** * Minimum: prior experience in workshop administration, preferably for heavy machinery or related fields. * 1 year in this industry. * **Education:** Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Life insurance. * Savings fund. * Base salary \+ compensation. * Work tools. * Ongoing training.
