Job Summary: We are seeking an agile and precise Bartender to prepare high-quality beverages, ensure inventory control, and deliver an exceptional customer experience at the bar, contributing to increased sales. Focus on sales and profitability Job Purpose To prepare standardized, fast, and high-quality beverages; deliver an outstanding customer experience from behind the bar; ensure strict control of supplies; and contribute to increasing the business’s sales and profitability. Main Responsibilities * Beverage preparation (classic cocktails, basic mixology, and menu items). * Direct customer service at the bar. * Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar. * Inventory, bottle, and raw material control. * Conducting inventories and reporting shortages. * Applying suggestive selling (recommendations, upselling). * Adhering to recipes, measurements, and standards. * Assisting with bar opening and closing procedures. Job Performance Indicators (KPIs) * **Average ticket:** Increase consumption at the bar. * **Efficiency:** Speed in preparation without compromising quality. * **Inventory control:** Minimize shortages. * **Customer experience:** Service that encourages repeat visits and tips.
