With a clear mission to empower local talent, we help TikTok creators and business partners expand their reach, improve content quality, and turn their passion into profitable businesses. **Responsibilities:** * Perform **lives/streaming on TikTok** with dance shows, routines, and interactive activities. * Create **choreographies**, participate in **trends**, and perform viral *challenges*. * Interact in real time with followers: questions, polls, activities, and challenges. * Incorporate gamification elements: goals, gifts, levels, and audience participation. * Participate in **collaborations** with other creators and influencers. * Support **brand campaign activations** (product placement, mentions). * Maintain a positive, active presence aligned with the agency's image. * Prepare lifestyle content before lives: warm-ups, costumes, backstage. * Follow the weekly live schedule and meet viewership and engagement goals. **Requirements** * Passion for **dance** (any style: urban, reggaeton, commercial, heels, K-pop, contemporary). * Enjoyment of making videos and appearing on camera. * Stage confidence, creativity, and ease of communication. * Basic knowledge of TikTok (you don’t need to be an expert—we’ll train you). * Excellent attitude, punctuality, and commitment. * Experience hosting lives on TikTok, Instagram, or Twitch. **(not mandatory)** * Ability to suggest engaging activities and connect with the audience. **We Offer** * Biweekly payment * Opportunity to be part of an **Official TikTok Partner Agency**. * Bonuses * Meal service Job type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month Work location: On-site job
