If you wish to grow professionally in the tax field within a dynamic environment handling high-volume operations, this opportunity is for you! ### **✅ Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position * Residence in Santiago de Querétaro * Availability to travel ### **Essential Knowledge:** * CFDI version 4.0 * Tax authority portals (SAT and State Finance Departments) * Federal tax laws: ISR, IVA, and ISAN * State tax laws (Querétaro, Guanajuato, CDMX, and State of Mexico) * Microsoft Office Suite * Basic knowledge of IMSS, INFONAVIT, and payroll * Proficiency in SAT, IMSS, and INFONAVIT portals ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Review of issued and received CFDIs in accordance with tax regulations * Accounting reconciliations vs. CFDIs (revenues, returns, and payment complements) * Review of received payment complements * Preparation and submission of electronic accounting records * Downloading compliance opinions * Organization of tax documentation * Support in filing tax returns (ISR, IVA, ISAN, DIOT, ISN) * Handling and preparation of documentation required by SAT ### **Skills:** * Attention to detail * Documentation organization and control * Ability to learn and adapt * Teamwork * Responsibility and professional ethics ### **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary of **$17,000 \+ variable bonus of $3,000 MXN based on KPIs** * 100% IMSS contributions * Statutory vacation days * Vacation bonus exceeding statutory requirements (27.5%) * Thirteenth-month bonus exceeding statutory requirements (25 days) * PTU (Profit Sharing) * Uniforms ### **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. * Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Interested candidates should send an updated CV with the job title clearly indicated in the subject line.
