




Job Summary: We are seeking an HR professional to manage the full recruitment cycle, personnel administration, and support for organizational culture. Key Highlights: 1. Promotion of employee well-being and organizational culture. **Location:** Paraiso, Tabasco **Work Mode:** On-site **Contract Type:** Full-time **Main Responsibilities** * Manage recruitment and selection processes across various levels. * Post job openings on employment portals and social media. * Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with department leaders. * Prepare recruitment progress reports. * Assign PPE and ID badges to new hires. * Handle payroll incidents and assist with attendance tracking. * Address employee inquiries regarding benefits, entitlements, and internal policies. * Support the organization of well-being and organizational culture activities. * Follow up on separations and conduct exit interviews. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in general Human Resources functions. * Knowledge of Mexican labor legislation and social security regulations. * Proficiency in HR management tools and recruitment portals. * Strong communication, conflict resolution, and teamwork skills. **We Offer** Competitive salary based on experience Salary: $16,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
