




Position Summary: The Pre-Payroll Manager oversees and manages the preparation and review of pre-payrolls to ensure accurate and timely payments, in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Requires proficiency in payroll software and labor legislation. **Position Objective** The Pre-Payroll Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all activities related to the preparation and review of employee pre-payrolls. This role is critical to ensuring that all employees receive their payments accurately and on time, in accordance with internal policies and applicable legal regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Review and verify the accuracy of attendance and working hours data. * Coordinate with other departments to collect and validate data required for pre-payroll processing. * Calculate deductions, overtime, bonuses, and other applicable payroll components. * Ensure compliance with current labor and tax laws governing payroll. * Prepare pre-payroll reports and analyses for senior management. * Resolve discrepancies and respond to inquiries related to pre-payroll. * Maintain up-to-date employee records and pre-payroll files. * Collaborate in internal and external payroll audits. * Propose process improvements to enhance pre-payroll efficiency and accuracy. **Requirements:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of experience handling pre-payrolls or in a similar role. **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in payroll management software and ERP systems. * Advanced knowledge of Excel and other data analysis tools. * Familiarity with labor and tax legislation applicable to payroll. **Skills:** * Attention to detail and precision in data handling. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. * Results-oriented mindset and capacity to work both independently and as part of a team. **Application:** Interested candidates must send their updated CV to: responsable.chadm1@sepiver.com.mx, indicating in the subject line **“Pre-Payroll Manager”**.
