




Job Summary: Responsible for end-to-end payroll management, personnel administration, legal compliance, and employee support. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end payroll management and payment processing 2. Personnel administration and legal/tax compliance 3. Employee support and resolution of inquiries * **Payroll Processing:** Calculate earnings and deductions on a weekly or biweekly basis, process payments. * **Incident Management:** Receive and validate personnel incidents (absences, tardiness, overtime, disabilities). * **Legal and Tax Compliance:** Calculate and withhold taxes, employer-employee contributions. * **Final Settlements and Liquidations:** Calculate and process termination-of-employment payments. * **Personnel Administration:** Update system records for new hires, terminations, and salary adjustments. * **CFDI Issuance:** Generate, stamp, and send electronic payroll receipts (CFDI) to employees. * **Employee Support:** Address inquiries regarding salaries, food vouchers, and benefits.
