Responsibilities: * Weekly payroll calculation and generation. * Calculation of variable components and submission of information to IMSS. * Validation of payroll incidents. * Calculation of special payrolls (year-end bonus, profit-sharing, bonuses). * Monthly calculation of ISN, SUA, and FONACOT. * Accounting registration of payroll and taxes in ERP. * Support for internal and external audits, as well as regulatory requirements. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. Stable credit bureau record. Two years of experience in payroll processing. Experience handling commercial performance indicators. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Location: In front of Plaza Punto Sao Paulo. We Offer: Base salary of MXN 18,700 per month (gross). Food vouchers equivalent to 8% of base salary. Gasoline vouchers of MXN 800 per month. Quarterly bonus equal to 70% of base salary. Year-end bonus equivalent to 28 days’ salary. Vacation bonus of 25%. Vacation entitlement starting at 12 days per year. Savings fund contribution of 6%.
