Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Specialist with experience in payroll calculation and processing, incident management, tax handling, and report generation. Key Highlights: 1. Essential experience in payroll calculation and management of various payroll types. 2. End-to-end management of payroll incidents, taxes, and payroll disbursement. 3. Analysis and monitoring of payroll cost and tax reports. We are currently looking for a **PAYROLL SPECIALIST** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Incident data entry * Application of incidents * Tax calculation * Tax filing * Payroll issuance * Preparation of payroll cost, tax, and billing reports for each pay period * Generation of payroll layout for disbursement * Generation of payroll electronic invoicing (timbrado) * Follow-up on matters related to INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and payroll taxes * Development and monitoring of personal KPIs **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Administration * **Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role involving payroll calculation (MANDATORY)** * Proficiency in payroll systems (e.g., CONTPAQ, Payroll ERP, NOI) * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. **(MANDATORY)** * **Experience in the Payroll area** **EXPERIENCE:** * **Experience working under mixed or traditional payroll payment schemes (MANDATORY)** * **Mass payroll processing** * **HC 400 system experience** * **Handling of multiple payroll types** * **Handling of various payroll frequencies (weekly, biweekly, fortnightly, and monthly)** **WE OFFER:** * **$13,000 to $15,000 net monthly salary** * **+** Statutory benefits from day one * **+** Punctuality and attendance bonus equivalent to one day’s salary, paid biweekly * **+** Meal allowance of $200 biweekly * **+** Monthly performance bonus of $2,000 (starting from the first month) * **+** Quarterly performance bonus of $6,000 **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Location:** * Col.
