




**PAYROLL SPECIALIST** (not generalists) Education: Accounting or related field. Experience: 2 verifiable years in payroll. Job location: El Peral Industrial Park. **Responsibilities:** * Accurately and up-to-date application of labor legal framework, including the **FLL** and the **SFL**, across all payroll processes. * Performing **anticipation and management of employee onboarding** to ensure correct personnel entry on the 1st or 15th of each month, according to established calendars. * Fully and punctually preparing the **payroll creation**, integrating all corresponding incidents, earnings, and deductions. * Managing **employee onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers** within the payroll system and institutional platforms. * Calculating, reviewing, and timely delivering **severance payments and settlements**, ensuring legal compliance and accuracy of amounts. * Handling and managing **justified and unjustified dismissals**, focusing on minimum required documentation and strict adherence to legal requirements. * Issuing the corresponding **CFDIs** for payroll and severance payments, ensuring their validation and proper distribution to employees. * Coordinating with the Treasury Department for **payroll disbursement**, including requesting and verifying the **payment layout** for bank transfers. * Keeping payroll information, databases, personnel movements, and records updated. * Using and operating payroll systems, with emphasis on **CONTPAQi NOI**, ensuring professional and efficient handling. * Ensuring consistent, organized, and supervised payroll operations, safeguarding confidentiality and procedural compliance. * Performing other duties inherent to the payroll and Human Resources area that contribute to the department’s proper functioning. **Compensation Offer:** Salary: $20,000 to $24,000 MXN gross per month, depending on experience.
