If you have solid experience in payroll calculation and are proficient in Excel, this opportunity is for you! Location: San Ramón Norte, Mérida, Yucatán. **Job Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. * Experience in payroll calculation, taxable and non-taxable income concepts, ISR withholdings, year-end bonus (aguinaldo), etc. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills and ability to use formulas in spreadsheets. * Basic knowledge of IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and the Federal Labor Law (LFT). **Job Responsibilities** * Responsible for serving assigned clients. * Maintaining client files and employee database. * Receiving and processing incidents. * Submitting IMSS enrollment, modification, and termination requests. * Calculating payrolls (weekly, biweekly, monthly). * Requesting bank account openings. * Preparing bank payment layouts for payroll disbursement. * Requesting employment contracts and calculating severance payments (finiquitos). **Additional Benefits and Perks** * Professional development and growth opportunities. * Statutory benefits. * Monday–Friday work schedule. * Continuous training and internal development programs. * Inclusive and collaborative work environment. * Biweekly salary payments.
