Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist skilled in payroll preparation and calculation, credit control and system-based personnel transactions, and management of medical leaves and SUA payments. Control and execution of personnel transactions in the system and in IDSE Join our team as a **Payroll Specialist**. **We offer:** * Competitive base salary * Indefinite-term employment contract * Statutory benefits. **Requirements:** * Availability to work Monday through Saturday * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field (degree certificate and professional license required). * Proficiency in CONPAQi and experience managing payroll for at least 500 employees * Experience preparing payroll and pre-payroll **Responsibilities:** * Credit control, application, and clarification for INFONAVIT and FONACOT. * Control and execution of personnel transactions in the system and in IDSE (hires, terminations, and salary adjustments) * Weekly and biweekly payroll calculations. Experience calculating applicable payroll taxes (ISR, ISN). * Payroll stamping (timbrado) * Control and recording of medical leaves * Completion and follow-up of ST-7 forms * Preparation of SUA payments. **Are you interested and do you meet the requirements?
