Juguetibici is seeking a Payroll Assistant **REQUIREMENTS:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. **Age:** 20 years or older **Gender:** Indifferent. Minimum 1 year of experience in the field. WORK LOCATION Bosque de las Lomas Cuajimalpa de Morelos CDMX **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm; Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm **RESPONSIBILITIES:**  Carry out all necessary tasks to ensure timely payment of salaries and other remunerations to employees, as well as applicable withholdings and deductions.  Process workers’ vacation bonus payments.  Monitor INFONAVIT loans granted to employees.  Process court-ordered child support deductions and payments.  Verify, process, and code personnel actions—including hires, terminations, changes, and other incidents—based on information provided by the Human Resources Administration Department.  Provide the Accounting Department with required information to file withheld taxes with the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, within established deadlines and periodicity.  Annually prepare income and withholding statements for employees for Income Tax purposes (individual taxpayers) and deliver them to the concerned parties.  Calculate and file the payroll tax return.  Calculate and remit employer–employee social security contributions.  Provision, accounting registration, and reconciliation of accounts related to salaries and wages. **WE OFFER:** Job stability Monthly salary: $13,000.00 Weekly payment Food vouchers ($900.00) Statutory benefits Growth opportunities Excellent work environment Direct hiring by the company Exclusive discounts and financing to purchase merchandise
