Pensiones ### **Requirements and Knowledge** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting (in process or certified) * Minimum experience: 1 year as a payroll specialist and customer service * Proficiency in electronic banking and intermediate\-advanced Excel * Knowledge of: Social Security Law, Income Tax (ISR), INFONAVIT, SUA, IDSE, SIPARE, PTU calculation, final settlements, IMSS, employer\-employee contributions, invoicing, and accounting software ### **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare payrolls (earnings and deductions) * Receive and verify client payments * Request payroll-related invoices and tax payments * Perform reconciliations and prepare entries for the accounting department * Calculate IMSS (SUA), ISN, PTU, Christmas bonus, and vacation premium * Review INFONAVIT and FONACOT transactions * Review disabilities, final settlements, and affiliation movements * Process client payroll ### **Key Skills** * Numerical aptitude and analytical skills * Organization and responsibility * Teamwork * Problem-solving * Customer orientation **If you meet the profile, apply now and become part of a team that values talent and professional growth.**
