




Job Summary: Administers and processes payroll, controls incidents, and resolves employee inquiries, with a focus on labor and tax regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Payroll administration and processing 2. Incident control and labor regulations compliance 3. Resolution of employee payroll-related inquiries **Job Description:** * Administer, calculate, and process employee payroll * Manage IDSE transactions (hires, terminations, etc.) and operate the INFONAVIT and FONACOT portals * Validate tardiness, absences, leaves, IMSS-certified disabilities, and overtime hours prior to closing the pre-payroll to avoid subsequent adjustments * Resolve employee inquiries regarding their payroll **Required Knowledge:** * Payroll and severance calculation * Incident control * Proficiency in IDSE, IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and SUA systems * Advanced Excel skills * Experience with CONTPAQi * Knowledge of ISR and ISN tax regulations * Work-related risk premium declaration * Calculation of income assimilated to salaries **Required Skills:** * Attention to detail * Responsiveness to employee inquiries * Proactive attitude * Respect and accountability * Organizational skills * Teamwork **Requirements:** * *Education:* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field * *Experience:* Minimum 3 years in payroll functions * *Age:* 25 to 45 years old **Job Benefits:** * Statutory benefits * *Salary:* MXN 17,000 gross per month (Fixed + Variable based on objectives) * *Working Hours:* Monday to Friday: 9 am to 6 pm (1-hour lunch break) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $17,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
