Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Analyst to prepare and manage payroll payments, perform personnel calculations and controls, and address inquiries. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages payroll payments and associated processes. 2. Performs calculations for bonuses and salary adjustments. 3. Controls vacations, contracts, and personnel files. Servicios Médicos y de Hemodiálisis Pachuca is offering the position of Payroll Analyst. **Knowledge and Experience:** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Years of experience: 2 years in a similar position. Accounting knowledge. NOI software proficiency. **Responsibilities:** Prepare payroll payments. Use of NOI software. Perform batch payroll loading to execute payments. Calculate vacation bonuses for personnel. Perform bimonthly salary adjustment calculations for personnel. Transfer IMSS and INFONAVIT affiliation movements and pay employer-employee contributions. Calculate PTU (Profit Sharing). IMSS, INFONAVIT, SUA, IDSE, SIROC, SISUB. Prepare severance and liquidation calculations for personnel leaving the company. Maintain control of vacation days for operational and administrative personnel. Provide personnel support. Manage contracts and personnel files (hires/terminations). **We Offer:** Direct hiring at the clinic. Statutory benefits. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break); Saturdays, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM. $14,000 monthly net + productivity bonus. Biweekly payments via payroll.
