




Job Summary: Mayekawa de México is seeking a Payroll Analyst to compile personnel files, manage employment contracts, calculate and process payroll and taxes, and administer employee benefits. Internal and external customer service **Mayekawa de México is looking for its next talent: Payroll Analyst.** **Job Requirements:** * Compile complete personnel files. * Prepare temporary and indefinite-term employment contracts. * Register newly hired personnel in various systems (IMSS, Workbeat). * Accurately calculate and process weekly, biweekly, and special payrolls (PTU, Christmas bonus, savings fund, and savings box). * Accurately calculate and remit monthly taxes, IMSS, SAR, INFONAVIT, payroll tax, and income tax on salaries. * Handle administrative procedures and provide timely responses to official notices and requests from government agencies (IMSS, INFONAVIT, Migration, FONACOT). * Submit salary information to SAT and employees via payroll stamping. * Submit personnel movements (hires, terminations, salary adjustments) to IMSS on time via IDSE. * Deliver in-kind benefits according to timelines stipulated in the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCT) and Federal Labor Law (LFT). * Integrate monetary benefits into payroll when applicable. * Calculate severance and settlement payments for personnel when applicable. * Review and update salaries, ISR tables, employer-employee contribution tables, UMA, software versions, and reinstallable modules across different systems (SUA, Workbeat). * Monitor personnel attendance in Workbeat and record absence permits. * Calculate and submit the annual work-risk premium promptly. * Manage vacation control through the Workbeat system. * Provide internal and external customer service as needed and required. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Administration **Experience:** 3 years or more. **Benefits:** * Savings fund. * Company parking. * Subsidized cafeteria. * Free uniforms. * Grocery vouchers. **Work Location:** On-site employment Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
