Solid knowledge of the Income Tax Law (ISR) and the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) A Mexican restaurant group is seeking a **Payroll Analyst**. **Key Responsibilities:** * Payroll calculation and processing (headcount of 200–250 employees). * Mandatory use of **CONTPAQi / Compaq Payroll**. * Calculation and validation of **ISR and IMSS** (knowledge of legal foundations required). * Knowledge of **SUA, IDSE, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT**. * Incident control, electronic invoicing (timbrado), and issuance of payroll receipts. **Essential Requirements:** * Experience as a **Payroll Analyst**. * **Proven proficiency in CONTPAQi / Compaq**. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Solid knowledge of the **Income Tax Law (ISR) and the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS)**. * Experience managing payrolls for **200 to 250 employees**. * On-site work. **We Offer:** * **$18,000 gross monthly salary** * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Job stability * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM **Work Location:** Roma neighborhood Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 – $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
