Assisting employees with payment-related matters and clarifications **Payroll Specialist** We are seeking a responsible Payroll Specialist to ensure proper payroll administration and calculation, guaranteeing compliance with tax, labor, and accounting obligations. **Responsibilities:** * Preparation and calculation of payroll (weekly/bi-weekly). * Calculation of severance payments and final settlements. * Tracking of attendance incidents (absences, overtime, vacations). * Calculation of IMSS and INFONAVIT contributions. * Determination and review of income tax (ISR). * Payroll-related accounting reconciliations. * Participation in monthly closing processes. * Preparation of reports and analysis of variances. * Assisting employees with payment-related matters and clarifications. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. * Demonstrable experience in payroll processing. * Solid knowledge of IMSS, INFONAVIT, and labor legislation. * Experience in accounting reconciliations and monthly closing processes. * Proficiency in payroll systems and intermediate/advanced Excel skills. * Organizational skills, confidentiality, and high attention to detail. **We Offer:** * Salary: $18,000–$19,000 (based on experience) * Meal vouchers: 10% of salary * Statutory benefits plus additional benefits * Job stability. **Work Location: ACOPISA Industrial Park, El Castillo, El Salto, Jalisco** Interested candidates should send an updated CV with the subject line "Payroll Specialist".
