Position Summary: We are seeking a Community Physician to strengthen early childhood development in communities, with a focus on primary care, health promotion, disease prevention, and patient follow-up. We are hiring **COMMUNITY PHYSICIAN** * **Un Kilo de Ayuda Early Childhood Development Center, located at: Known Address s/n, San Pedro el Alto Highway, Santa Ana Nichi Community, San Felipe del Progreso Municipality, State of Mexico, ZIP Code 50686** Requirements: **BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN GENERAL MEDICINE OR SURGERY (INTERNSHIP OR GRADUATED)** Experience in: * **Desirable in communities**: Direct experience in rural or marginalized areas, with emphasis on collective health and social determinants. * **Primary health care**: Experience in diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of common illnesses. * **Health promotion and prevention**: Vaccination campaigns, health education, prenatal care, family planning, etc. Medical knowledge in: * Pharmacology management * Medical equipment handling * Standard unit management * Electronic device usage **Functions and Responsibilities:** 1. Prescribe treatments and medications according to diagnosis and patient condition. 2. Request laboratory tests, ultrasounds, echocardiograms, electrocardiograms, X-rays, among others. 3. Refer patients to the next level of health care according to specific needs of the diagnosed condition. 4. Conduct routine evaluations and physical assessments with a preventive focus. 5. Counsel patients and their families regarding their illness and provide appropriate guidance. 6. Monitor patients’ clinical condition and maintain accurate records. 7. Adjust medical instructions as required by patient evolution. 8. Contribute to building Un Kilo de Ayuda’s community medical service strategy. 9. Develop and adapt formats for collecting, monitoring, and following up on patients. 10. Maintain control and record incidents and diagnoses from consultations to generate evidence. **WE OFFER:** **Base Monthly Gross Salary**: **$19,000.00 (NINETEEN THOUSAND PESOS 00/100 NATIONAL CURRENCY)** Payment frequency: Biweekly, for salaries and wages. **IF YOU ARE INTERESTED AND RESIDE IN ANOTHER STATE OF THE REPUBLIC, THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES HOUSING SUPPORT.** **Employment Contract**: The contract you sign will be **indefinite-term**. **Year-end Bonus (Annual)**: Based on the Federal Labor Law (LFT), equivalent to 15 days, payable in December, or pro-rated. **Vacation Bonus (Annual)**: Based on the LFT, equivalent to 25%, payable on your anniversary with the organization, or pro-rated. **Vacation Days**: We offer an additional vacation scheme beyond that stipulated by the Federal Labor Law, granting 6 extra days upon completion of your first year of seniority, freely selectable. Additionally, we offer extra official days known as “Emotional Days”, such as May 10th and November 2nd. **Food Vouchers**: 12% of your gross salary, capped per law, deposited onto a SI VALE card during the second biweekly period of each month. **Life Insurance**: We provide a group insurance policy covering **36 months of gross salary** in case of death, accidental death, or advance payment due to disability; it also includes **funeral expenses amounting to $30,000.00** (Thirty thousand pesos 00/100 M.N.). **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. **Paternity or Maternity Leave**: Longer than mandated by law. **Days off for Family Bereavement**: According to our Emotional Incentives Policy.
