Opportunity to attend to customers and suppliers **Administrative and Operational Assistant** A company in the manufacturing and maintenance sector for architectural hardware, aluminum, and glass projects seeks to integrate an organized and proactive individual into its team to support daily administrative and operational management. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field * Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or operational areas * Intermediate Excel skills * Organization, responsibility, and follow-up focus **Responsibilities** * Expense control and recording (petty cash, travel allowances, and disbursements) * Management of receipts, invoicing, and payroll support * Organization and control of administrative documentation * Coordination of personnel, units, and materials dispatches * Daily operations monitoring (drivers, equipment, and activities) * Personnel schedule and incident control * Follow-up on pending items and progress reporting to management * Customer and supplier service, plus general administrative support **We Offer** * Salary: $13,000 monthly * Statutory benefits (starting from the first month) * Job stability **Schedule** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Salary: $13,000.00 per month Experience: * Operational or logistics coordination: 3 years (Preferred) Workplace: On-site employment
