




Position Summary: Operational and administrative assistant to support the daily management of the establishment, coordinate internal and external activities, and provide support to management. Key Highlights: 1. Key support in daily business operations and coordination 2. Administrative management, supplier follow-up, and logistics tasks 3. Responsible for payroll incidents and HR processes * Support daily operations of the establishment and coordination of internal activities. * Management and payment of business services (electricity, water, internet, among others). * Registration and organization of administrative information in Google Drive (file control, records, and data tracking). * Communication and follow-up with suppliers to coordinate orders and services. * Scheduling and control of supplier payments according to the established calendar. * Execution of external administrative tasks required by the company. * Direct support to management or executives in operational and logistics tasks. * Collection and delivery of documents, materials, or items necessary for operations. * Support in personal matters requested by executives when required. * Knowledge of human resources to conduct new employee screening and collect required documents. * Proficiency in handling [software/tools], though not a requirement. * Ensure all employees report to work, as you will be responsible for payroll incidents on a weekly basis. * Be highly organized and analytical.
