




The Vive Energía team is looking for staff as **GENERAL SECRETARY,** for the city of Mérida. **Main responsibilities:** * Receive, classify, and archive physical and digital documentation. * Assist in drafting and preparing reports, letters, and other documents. * Perform data entry and update databases. * Coordinate and control the use of office supplies. * Provide courteous and efficient service to internal and external customers. * Support the organization of meetings, schedules, and administrative activities. * Carry out internal and external procedures as required by the institution. * Perform other administrative tasks assigned by management. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field Intermediate English No experience required; recent graduate.
