The ideal candidate must have experience in report preparation, minutes, official letters, and communications, as well as efficient management of various administrative and accounting tasks, along with excellent spelling and writing skills. Responsibilities: Prepare reports, minutes, official letters, and various communications. Answer phone calls and manage correspondence. Excellent organization and filing of records, folders, etc. Perform various quotations for materials, services, and other supplies, as well as place orders as needed. Assist in controlling various expenses of the Management department. Provide executive secretarial support to the Management Head and Administrative Area. Support various tasks related to the administrative/accounting area. Verify that invoices comply with tax requirements. Follow up on payments to suppliers of goods or services. Control and record petty cash reimbursements from the Regional coordinations. Other duties inherent to the position. Requirements: Previous experience in similar roles. Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle and valid driver's license. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and other office tools. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Good spelling and writing. Availability to work in a dynamic environment and meet established deadlines.
