Requirements: * Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Public Relations, or related field. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Availability of time. * Age: 23 to 30 years old. * Excellent spelling, writing, organizational, and communication skills. * Proficiency in Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * High discretion, initiative, and organizational sense. Main responsibilities: * Coordinate and follow up on the management schedule. * Organize meetings, travel, and internal events. * Draft and review documents, reports, and presentations. * Support internal and external communication. * Follow up on management pending tasks and commitments. * Prepare administrative reports and expense control reports.
