Key role in project communication and adaptability. **Executive Project Assistant** **Strategic Planning** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. * Experience coordinating projects led by area leaders. * Experience in operational business activities. * Excellent Excel proficiency. * Budget management experience. * Executive presentation skills. * Ability to manage executive schedules. * Willingness to travel continuously. **STRATEGIC RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Define Project Scope:** Define project scope, milestones, schedule, and budget, creating the project charter. **Team Management:** Coordinate, motivate, and inspire the team, assigning tasks according to individual skills and fostering collaboration. **Risk and Issue Management:** Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks, making decisions to prevent delays and cost overruns. **Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:** Act as a bridge among clients, executive leadership, and the team, reporting on progress, performance reports, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction. **Control and Monitoring:** Supervise progress using key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring adherence to defined quality and scope. **Adaptability:** Adjust the roadmap according to environmental needs and resolve internal conflicts. **We Offer:** Salary: $25,000 net Statutory benefits **Location** Naucalpan (Toreo)
