




Main responsibilities * **Calendar and time management:** Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel, and events, prioritizing commitments. * **Communication:** Screen calls, draft emails/correspondence, act as liaison between management and staff/clients. * **Document management:** Classify, file, prepare reports and presentations, and handle confidential information. * **Administrative support:** Process invoices and expenses, organize files, and maintain office order. * **Planning and organization:** Support development of plans and goals, and monitor task completion. Key skills * Initiative and autonomy. * Excellent communication (oral and written). * Organization and attention to detail. * Proficiency in office and digital tools. * Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems. * Discretion and confidentiality.
