Position Summary: Provide direct support to General Management by managing schedules, tracking strategic projects, and assisting with administrative and business development activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and coordinate the CEO’s schedule. 2. Track institutional and strategic projects. 3. Support business accompaniment and development. Provide direct support to General Management by managing schedules, tracking strategic projects, and assisting with administrative and business development activities, ensuring organization, efficiency, and achievement of objectives. **Responsibilities** * Manage and coordinate the CEO’s schedule. * Track institutional and strategic projects. * Prepare reports and activity analyses. * Support business accompaniment and development. * Provide personal and administrative assistance to Management. * Coordinate meetings, appointments, and logistics for events or travel. * Carry out activities contributing to the execution of the business plan. * Maintain control and organization of information relevant to Management. **Essential Requirements** * **Bachelor’s degree** in Administration, Finance, Business, or related field. * Prior experience in **executive or administrative assistance**. * **Willingness to travel.** * **Valid driver’s license.** * Familiarity with the city. * Excellent personal presentation. * Strong organizational skills and sense of confidentiality. **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Basic knowledge of **Power BI**. * Familiarity with **ERP** systems. * Report preparation and performance indicator tracking. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
