Creating memorable experiences for the customer INTERCERAMIC MERIDA IS SEEKING: WHOLESALE SALES AGENT Provides professional customer service, showing genuine interest in the customer's project, paying special attention to every detail, and demonstrating strong commitment to resolving any inquiries; offering products comprehensively and reliably, creating a memorable experience for each customer and achieving customer satisfaction. EDUCATION: Completed high school (certificate required) EXPERIENCE: Retail sales, tangible products, customer service; experience with Mystery Shopper programs KNOWLEDGE: PC proficiency, point-of-sale terminals, sales processes, and KPIs. COMPETENCIES: Results orientation, negotiation skills, teamwork.
