




Job Summary: The Warehouse Coordinator manages and ensures the supply of resources, materials, and tools, directing warehouse activities and serving requesting departments. Live near the Zone SAP proficiency is mandatory (evaluation will be conducted) **Warehouse Coordinator** **Job Objective:** To manage, control, and ensure sufficient supply of resources, tools, spare parts, supplies, tinplate, inks, or any other material stored in the warehouse. This includes directing all warehouse activities properly, promptly serving requesting departments, and ensuring compliance with departmental policies and procedures. **Main Responsibilities:** The Warehouse Coordinator must perform and/or supervise the following activities: * **Material Receipt and Validation:** Supervise material receipt, performing physical and system-based inspection and validation, ensuring compliance with required technical specifications (per procedure PR\-A\-01 for Material Receipt at Warehouses). * **Picking and Dispatch:** Fulfill Production Orders, Work Orders, and Pickings, verifying correct delivery to respective departments (per policy POL\-A\-01 for Material Dispatch Operations). * **Staff Supervision:** Supervise tasks assigned to direct reports. * **Control and Reporting:** Report any irregularities detected inside or around the warehouse to immediate supervisors. * **Inventory and Audits:** Anticipate and coordinate necessary activities for inventory counts and audits to achieve expected results. **Required Technical Knowledge:** *(Developed Level)* * Inventory control and handling. * Measurement systems and knowledge of hand tools. * ERP system knowledge and operation. * Colorimetry knowledge applied to presses *(only for Ink Warehouse)*. * Hand tool control and handling *(only for Finished Goods and Spare Parts Warehouse)*. * Tinplate control and handling *(only for Tinplate Warehouse)*. **Requirements:** * Education: Technical degree in Economics/Administration or Mechanical/Industrial Engineering. * Experience: 1–2 years in a similar warehouse coordination role. **We Offer:** * Salary commensurate with your experience. * Statutory benefits, including food vouchers. * Growth opportunities within a leading company in the industry. **Send your CV to 5560663979** Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $1\.00 per month Benefits: * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
