Job Objective: Manage and monitor the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring document control, timely vehicle maintenance, accident management, and performance indicator monitoring. Responsibilities: Manage inventory of owned and leased vehicles. Monitor validity of insurance policies, permits, license plates, and vehicle inspections. Coordinate vehicle assignments, additions, and removals. Track fleet contracts and suppliers. Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs. Control fuel consumption and operational costs. Manage accidents and coordinate with insurance providers. Maintain up-to-date fleet databases and files. Prepare performance reports and indicators. Monitor GPS alerts and vehicle tracking platforms. Requirements: Experience in vehicle fleet administration or asset control. Knowledge of preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance. Familiarity with vehicle insurance, documentation, and related procedures. Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets. Experience in data analysis and operational indicators.
