Job Objective: Manage and monitor the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring proper documentation control, timely vehicle maintenance, claims management, and performance indicator monitoring. Responsibilities: Manage inventory of owned and leased vehicles. Monitor validity of insurance policies, permits, license plates, and vehicle inspections. Coordinate vehicle assignments, additions, and removals. Track fleet-related contracts and suppliers. Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs. Control fuel consumption and operational costs. Manage insurance claims and coordinate with insurers. Maintain up-to-date fleet databases and records. Prepare performance reports and indicators. Monitor GPS alerts and vehicle tracking platforms. Requirements: Experience in vehicle fleet administration or asset control. Knowledge of preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance. Familiarity with vehicle insurance, documentation, and related procedures. Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets. Experience in data analysis and operational performance indicators. Knowledge of GPS platforms, telematics, or fleet management systems (preferred).
