Job Summary: Responsible for the delivery and pickup of envelopes and packages, ensuring service quality and compliance with operational processes. Key Highlights: 1. Career development plan within the company Position Objective Deliver and collect the envelopes, packages, and items assigned to your route by complying with established processes in operational cycles, thereby ensuring that the contracted service meets the agreed-upon quality guarantees and safeguards with the customer. Job Functions or Activities. Enter into the system the envelopes and packages departing from the Operations Center. Notify the Operations Supervisor of the number of shipments ready to depart on route. Review packages pending delivery from the previous day. Perform pickups at points of sale (PDVs) or with customers. Inform security guards of entries and exits at the COP. Separate shipments with guarantees. Depart on route according to your work order for shipment delivery.
