Job Summary: Responsible for dismantling and estimating costs for accident-damaged vehicles, assessing parts for replacement or repair. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous training GRUPO FARRERA IS SEEKING ACCIDENT CLAIM ADVISOR / HYP APPRAISER Requirements: • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Administration, or Automotive Engineering • Mandatory: 1 year of experience in a similar position and/or in areas related to automobile accident claims. • Preferred: 2 years as a damage appraiser in repair shops. • Valid driver's license (Preferred) Job Purpose: Responsible for meticulously dismantling accident-damaged vehicles and preparing estimates covering all affected parts. Assesses and identifies parts requiring replacement or repair. Knowledge: • Requirements for vehicle appraisal set by each insurance company. • Labor rate tables for mechanical, bodywork, and painting services. • General knowledge of vehicle assembly and disassembly. • Basic automotive mechanical knowledge. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. • Knowledge of warranties and service appointments.
