**RETAIL STORE SUPERVISOR** We are seeking a **RETAIL STORE SUPERVISOR** to supervise and strengthen commercial execution at the point of sale. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating the sales team, ensuring proper brand presence, validating inventories, and analyzing sales results from two stores in Acapulco. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administrative fields (PREFERRED) * Minimum two years of experience in Retail and Consumer Products * Experience managing personnel (sales associates) * Proficiency in Excel * Personal vehicle * Availability to travel **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage and administer the daily operations of two stores in Acapulco, as well as ensure proper execution of the sales strategy * Lead, train, and monitor the sales team * Ensure an excellent customer experience * Achieve sales targets * Supervise inventories, visual merchandising, and display guidelines * Support administrative management (scheduling, incidents, reporting) * Monitor performance indicators and propose improvement actions **Activities:** * Plan store visits and walkthroughs based on commercial priorities * Supervise and audit staff activities (cashiers / sales associates) * Validate product display, inventories, and stock rotation · Propose improvements in product positioning and availability * Evaluate sales associates’ performance and provide feedback to optimize their productivity and sales quota * Present results and propose continuous improvement actions * Manage inventories, goods receipt, and stock control **Skills:** * Leadership, communication, and results-oriented skills * Achievement of commercial objectives * Customer service orientation and teamwork **We Offer:** * Competitive salary, open to negotiation * Sales commissions * Statutory benefits * Business hours from Monday to Sunday, with a weekday day off * Direct employment with the company Job Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 - $12,001.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
