Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Monitoring, Incident Handling, and Procedure Tracking roles, preferably in Alarm Monitoring Centers, CCTV, or Radio Communications. Knowledge: Knowledge of Security Systems, Proper Customer Service Practices, Monitoring Software (Alarms/CCTV), Email Composition, Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
