Position Summary: Monitor and control production processes to ensure product safety and quality by adhering to established procedures. Key Highlights: 1. P Mission Monitor and control product manufacturing processes by complying with company-established procedures to ensure a safe and high-quality product for consumers. Responsibilities * Perform tests to evaluate product and packaging quality attributes across production lines. * Conduct periodic reviews as specified in the Monitoring and Control Table. * Verify that all products meet the quality and packaging attributes defined in company procedures or requirements. * Perform rinse water tests and/or post-sanitization tests on finished syrup tanks, dispensers, fillers on production lines, and BIBs. * Enter performed tests into the Datalyzer system and record process failure causes, as well as preventive or corrective actions to be taken, and generate reports. * Issue and prepare Quality Certificates for finished products and publish them in a folder accessible to Warehouse personnel. * Perform tests on container washers to maintain product quality according to Quality System requirements. * Verify container washing effectiveness, temperatures, and washer tank concentrations. * Notify Maintenance when performing tank loading operations to maintain parameters within specifications.
