Management of complaints and non-conformities in freight transportation services Transportation company undergoing expansion seeks a Quality Assistant: **Full Job Description** **JOB OBJECTIVE**: Support the implementation, monitoring, and improvement of QMS processes, ensuring compliance with internal, legal, and customer requirements, as well as contributing to the continuous improvement of services. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support the development, control, and updating of QMS documents (procedures, work instructions, forms, records). * Monitor quality indicators and prepare performance reports. * Support the management of complaints and non-conformities related to freight transportation services. * Control of organizational documents and records. * Collaborate in certification and compliance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001) or transportation sector regulations. * Prepare periodic reports on quality system performance. * Provide ongoing support to the Quality Coordinator to ensure QMS compliance, adherence to applicable regulations, and continuous improvement. * Compliance with ISO 9001:2015. **KNOWLEDGE:** * ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. * Development of processes and procedures. * Handling of process compliance indicators. * Analytical tools (5 Whys, Ishikawa, Pareto, etc.). * Internal and external audits. * Statistical analysis. * QMS document control. * Development of forms and documents. * Documentation handling and record control. * Knowledge of General Freight Transportation is desirable. **REQUIREMENTS** * Education: Technical or incomplete/professional degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Transportation, or related field. * Age: 24 years or older. * Work Experience: Minimum 6 months – 2 years in quality, auditing, or process control areas (experience in transportation, logistics, or manufacturing is desirable).
