




Job Summary: Coordinate and monitor Christus Muguerza’s portfolio of projects, ensuring achievement of cost, time, and quality objectives within a financial and legal ecosystem. Coordination with government institutions. **Responsibility** Achieve Christus Muguerza’s project objectives regarding cost, time, and quality by coordinating and monitoring the work plans for the assigned project portfolio, operating within a financial, internal policy, and governmental regulatory ecosystem. **Functions** * Coordinate and participate in developing the Project Scope Plan in the Charter and WBS under the UNIFORMAT system, supported by preparation of the Construction Schedule, Parametric Cost Estimate, Disbursement Flow, Construction Logistics, Risk Matrix, Procurement Matrix, and Project Closeout. * Ensure internal supervision and external supervision firms review contractors’ work in compliance with Acceptance Criteria. * Guarantee adherence to the Construction Schedule, supported by progress tracking conducted by internal and external supervision teams. * Guarantee timely utilization of the project’s financial resources, measuring CPI and SPI indicators per the Project Management Institute (PMI). * Ensure safety throughout the construction process, coordinated with the unit’s Project Leader. * Compile the Physical and Contractual Progress Report for the project, coordinated with the unit’s Project Leader. * Visualize upcoming project tasks and their tracking. **Highest Educational Level** Civil Engineer or Architect **Education Relevant to the Position** Civil Engineer or Architect **Language** Intermediate English **Technical Knowledge** * Experience managing large construction companies. * Knowledge of laboratory testing. * Experience in reinforced concrete construction systems. * Experience in steel quantity takeoff. * Experience in interior works, including drywall, glass curtain walls, and finishes. * Experience in prefabricated façade works. * Knowledge and experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, gas, and specialty systems. * Experience reviewing unit prices and detailed cost breakdowns. * Proficiency in Critical Path Method (CPM) using Microsoft Project for construction scheduling. * Familiarity with PMI methodologies. * Familiarity with Lean Construction methodologies. * Experience installing elevators. * Experience managing construction contracts, including legal knowledge of insurance and surety bonds. * Knowledge of construction finance applications, such as disbursement flows and expense projections. * Knowledge of procedures and coordination with government agencies, including CFE (Federal Electricity Commission), Water and Drainage, Urban Development, SEMARNAT (Ministry of Environment), Civil Protection, and Fire Department. * Knowledge of IMSS, SIROC, and REPSE. **Equipment / Machinery / Software Proficiency:** Laptop, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Opus, Neodata **Years of Experience in Similar Role** 4 Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Life insurance * Cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
