Comprehensive production management and resource optimization. ### **A leading national company providing specialized textile rental and laundry solutions, with over 100 years in the market.** ### **PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Schedule Availability** (Rotating shifts: 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., 2 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., and 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.) * Completed university degree in Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field. * Experience managing personnel and production. * Experience in Quality Audits (being audited by external parties). * Lean Manufacturing. ### **Required Competencies and Skills:** * Conflict Management * Assertive Communication * Planning and Decision-Making * Results Delivery * Time Management * Creation and Development of Efficient Teams ### **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure availability of required garments for order assembly, meeting specified quantity, quality, timing, and format requirements to guarantee customer satisfaction. * Ensure safety and integrity of personnel and equipment under supervision, aiming to minimize plant accidents. * Supervise and maintain order and cleanliness in production areas to ensure safe, clean, and orderly facilities. * Comply with procedures, regulations, and instructions defined in the Integrated Management System (IMS) to uphold established standards. * Achieve and maintain operational staff productivity to meet departmental goals. * Develop and certify operational staff according to training and development procedures, ensuring qualified personnel. * Ensure timely reporting of incidents, authorization of overtime, leave requests, issuance of personal protective equipment, etc., and fulfill employer obligations to ensure personnel satisfaction under supervision. * Adhere to the budgeted expenditure for supplies, labor, and supervision, maintaining and optimizing the budget to improve operational profitability. * Comply with established overtime control and targets to maintain the allocated budget. **WE OFFER:** ### **Monthly Salary: $20,000 to $24,000 (based on experience)** Food vouchers: 7% above assigned salary = $1,540 to $1,680 per month (Enreed Voucher Card) Thirteenth-month bonus: 30 days per year * ️ 12 vacation days upon completing the first year (100% vacation bonus) Life Insurance (for accidental or natural death) Major Medical Expenses Insurance for you, your spouse, and dependent children under age 18 Savings Fund (once the plant is operational) Direct employment contract with the company Statutory benefits from day one (100% IMSS registration) Annual profit-sharing ### **We are located at San Martin Texmelucan – Tlaxcala Km. 7.169, San Diego Xocoyocan, 90121 Ixtacuixtla, Tlaxcala**
