Candidate Profile: * Recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field * No prior experience required * Proactive, organized, and positive attitude * Interest in teamwork and learning about the production process * Basic Excel skills and knowledge of production control (desirable but not mandatory) Main Responsibilities: * Support production planning and follow-up * Assist in preparation of supplies * Coordinate materials, timelines, and deliveries * Provide operational support to various operational departments * Maintain basic progress and control reports Ideal for someone wishing to launch their professional career in the industry and grow alongside us.
