Implementation of 5S improvements We are seeking a Plastic Machine Operator Technician specialized in plastic transformation and injection. Experience: Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in plastic manufacturing, injection, and extrusion is mandatory. Experience in mold changes, machine startups, and troubleshooting. Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic systems. Familiarity with performance indicators (KPIs). Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Main Responsibilities: • Operation of machines specialized in plastic manufacturing. • Performing basic machine adjustments and maintenance, and diagnosing various potential failures. • Machine adjustments and mold changes. • Compliance with quality and safety standards throughout the production process. • Implementation of 5S improvements.
