Promotion of Safety and Continuous Improvement * Process Control: Supervise and ensure achievement of individual and production-line production targets, continuously measuring and improving performance. * Quality and Quantity Management: Implement methodologies for rigorous control of product quality at each process stage, ensuring production volume meets demand requirements. * Strategic Maintenance: Lead comprehensive Industrial Maintenance management (Preventive, Corrective, and Improvement) to ensure proper machinery operation and minimize downtime. * Operational Efficiency: Maximize Plant Productive Capacity and Installed Capacity through workflow optimization and waste reduction. * Leadership and Development: Direct, train, and motivate production and maintenance teams, fostering a culture of safety, productivity, and continuous improvement. * Document Control: Ensure maintenance, production, and improvement programs are properly documented and controlled. * Ensure worker physical integrity by assigning the necessary safety equipment required to perform their operations. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and inventory audits within their areas. * Comply with assigned training programs for personnel. * Guarantee correct warehouse storage of products based on FIFO (First In, First Out). * Timely and accurate registration of operations in the system. * Carry out corresponding activities to ensure compliance within their area with established control programs such as: Production Plan, Preventive Maintenance Plan and its follow-up, Quality Management System, Safety and Hygiene, Good Manufacturing Practices, Traceability.
