Pastry Chef / Baker Experience: * **Cakes; desserts, tarts, cookies, and fine pastries preferred; ensuring daily freshness and quality**. * **Minimum of 2 years** in pastry shops and bakeries, preparing fine desserts, baking, decorating, and baking cakes. * Responsibilities include handling doughs, managing ingredient inventories, complying with hygiene standards, and innovating dessert menus to attract customers. * **Daily Production:** Prepare a wide range of bakery products (cakes, cookies, tarts) following standardized recipes and modern techniques. * **Decoration:** Apply decoration, icing, and finishing techniques to ensure an attractive presentation. * **Quality Control and Hygiene:** Maintain a clean, organized workstation and comply with food safety and hygiene regulations. * **Job Requirements:** * **Experience:** Proven experience in pastry-making, baking, or confectionery. * **Skills:** Manual dexterity, creativity, and strong attention to detail. * **Knowledge:** Operation of bakery equipment (ovens, mixers) and baking techniques. * **Education:** Certificate or degree in culinary arts or pastry-making is preferred. * Minimum age: 25 years.
