Communication and incident reporting to customers and management Job Objective: Coordinate, assign, supervise, and monitor service operations and logistics, including route planning. Main Responsibilities: 1. Monitoring and Supervision Request and supervise real-time unit locations via WhatsApp and GPS. Review vehicle locations and compare them against routes marked in the logbook. Supervise the condition of tools, personal protective equipment, and uniforms. Conduct weekly and monthly inventories of units, tools, and equipment. 2. Communication and Reporting Report incidents to the Operations Manager and Supervisor. Send reports to customers. Request waybill information and ensure its correct submission.
