A national construction-sector company with active projects nationwide is seeking: **CONSTRUCTION MINI LOADER OPERATOR** **Job Purpose:** To operate the mini loader safely, efficiently, and accurately on-site, supporting material handling, cleaning, grading, and other operational tasks—thereby contributing to timely project advancement and compliance with the company’s established safety, quality, and productivity standards. **Employment Offer:** * Monthly salary: **$16,000 net** * Benefits: As mandated by law * Schedule: * Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Location: **Cancún** * Work Mode: On-site (in-person) **Essential Requirements:** **Education:** * Completed primary or secondary education. **Experience:** * Minimum **2 years’ experience as a mini loader operator** or light construction equipment operator. * Experience in civil works, urban development, or building construction. * Basic knowledge of preventive machinery maintenance. **Essential Technical Knowledge:** * Safe mini loader operation. * Handling of loading, unloading, and transportation of materials on-site. * Support in grading, backfilling, and cleaning tasks. * Basic identification of mechanical failures. * Compliance with industrial safety protocols. * Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). **Key Responsibilities:** * Operate the mini loader for loading, unloading, and transporting materials within the construction site. * Assist in cleaning work areas and removing debris. * Carry out grading and backfilling tasks per supervisor instructions. * Perform maneuvers safely to avoid harm to personnel, materials, or infrastructure. * Conduct daily general equipment inspections prior to operation. * Report detected mechanical failures, anomalies, or incidents. * Keep the mini loader clean and in proper operating condition.
