Basic knowledge of preventive machinery maintenance A national construction-sector company with active projects nationwide is seeking: **SITE MINI LOADER OPERATOR** **Job Purpose:** To safely, efficiently, and accurately operate the mini loader on site, supporting material handling, cleanup, grading, and other operational tasks—thereby contributing to the project’s timely progress and adherence to the company’s established safety, quality, and productivity standards. **Employment Offer:** * Monthly salary: **$16,000 net** * Benefits: As mandated by law * Schedule: * Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Location: **Nogales, Sonora** * Work Mode: On-site (in-person) **Essential Requirements:** **Education:** * Completed primary or secondary education. **Experience:** * Minimum **2 years’ experience as a mini loader operator** or light construction equipment operator. * Experience in civil works, urban development, or building construction. * Basic knowledge of preventive machinery maintenance. **Essential Technical Knowledge:** * Safe mini loader operation. * Handling of loading, unloading, and transportation of materials on site. * Support in grading, filling, and cleanup tasks. * Basic identification of mechanical failures. * Compliance with industrial safety protocols. * Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate the mini loader for loading, unloading, and transporting materials within the site. * Assist in cleaning work areas and removing debris. * Carry out grading and filling tasks per supervisor instructions. * Perform maneuvers safely to avoid harm to people, materials, or infrastructure. * Conduct daily general equipment condition checks before starting operations. * Report detected mechanical failures, anomalies, or incidents. * Keep the mini loader clean and in proper operating condition.
