A national construction-sector company with active projects nationwide is seeking: **MINI LOADER OPERATOR** **Purpose of the Position:** To safely, efficiently, and precisely operate the mini loader on site, supporting material handling, cleaning, grading, and other operational tasks, thereby contributing to the project’s timely progress and compliance with the company’s established safety, quality, and productivity standards. **Employment Offer:** * Monthly salary: **$16,000 net** * Benefits: As mandated by law * Schedule: * Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Location: **Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo** * Work modality: On-site (in-person at construction site) **Essential Requirements:** **Education:** * Completed primary or secondary education. **Experience:** * Minimum **2 years’ experience as a mini loader operator** or light construction equipment operator. * Experience in civil works, urban development, or building construction. * Basic knowledge of preventive machinery maintenance. **Essential Technical Knowledge:** * Safe operation of mini loader. * Handling of loading, unloading, and transportation of materials on site. * Support in grading, backfilling, and cleaning tasks. * Basic identification of mechanical failures. * Compliance with industrial safety protocols. * Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate the mini loader for loading, unloading, and transporting materials within the site. * Assist in cleaning work areas and removing debris. * Perform grading and backfilling tasks per supervisor’s instructions. * Carry out maneuvers safely to avoid harm to personnel, materials, or infrastructure. * Conduct daily general equipment inspection prior to operation. * Report detected mechanical failures, anomalies, or incidents. * Keep the mini loader clean and in proper operating condition.
