Requirements: * Advanced English (mandatory—written and verbal communication) * Basic Excel knowledge (simple formulas, database management) * Completed bachelor’s degree or currently in final semesters (Fashion Design, Textiles, Business Administration, International Business, or related field) * Interest in merchandising / product development * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities * Knowledge and experience in sales processes, negotiations, and product design Key Responsibilities: * Administrative follow-up of orders and product development * Communication with clients and internal teams * Updating databases and generating Excel reports * Supporting coordination of samples and documentation * Tracking delivery deadlines and production status Plant location: Baca, Yucatán.
