Requirements: * Advanced English (mandatory – written and verbal communication) * Basic Excel knowledge (simple formulas, database management) * Completed bachelor's degree or final semesters (Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields) * Interest in merchandising / product development * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities * Knowledge and experience in sales processes, negotiations, and product design Main Responsibilities: * Administrative tracking of orders and product development * Communication with clients and internal teams * Updating databases and generating Excel reports * Supporting coordination of samples and documentation * Tracking delivery deadlines and production status Plant location: Baca, Yucatan.
